Am i getting paid enough?

Question

Ive been with my company[H&M] for the past year I am the acting Stock Supervisor for the past month and permanent stock trainer. I started doing stock about six months ago for H&M and i one of the top workers. Ive trained about four people and they are still with us and are in good standings, ive got two more on the way. I was selected to go on sales support to help open another store out of state and will be doing more traveling later on next year. I currently get about 11 dollars and i believe i should be getting a lot more than that. Whats your opinions on that?

"You teach people how to treat you!"

I would politely have a discussion with your supervisor pointing out the reasons you believe you are worth more money per hour. If you get no results, start looking for other opportunities.

have you asked for a raise? looks like you have plenty of good work to justify it.

Off-the-cuff it does seem rather low to me for a supervisory position.
