i am buying a $73 intel motherboard with 2ghz amd P4 processor and 1 gig RAM . i have $100 budget

This build is $65 over your budget, but would really make you happier for longer than the system you are looking at...  And is upgradable for an awsome graphics card later down the road...

That motherboard has great onboard graphics so you can save up til later to get a good card.  Now I didn't include things like CDrom, Operating system or hard drive, but you didn't include those things in your specs either...  Hope you the best of luck and feel free to email if you have any questions...
