Hello everybodyim a 16 years old guyim thin but not skinny and i am 174 Cm my weight is 65 kils/ 130 poundsi started to do sports recentlyi do 40 pushups, 400 sit ups and 40 for hand msucles and another exercisei eat wellnot less than 4 meals each dayi try to avoide fast food and sweetsso i have 2 questionsplz i need professional people to answer them1) am i going ever to gain muscles?!2) how long it will take 3 months? 5 or a year ( i mean a clear result / a musclin body ... six pack abs and chest and hand muscles)plz answer me5 stars for the best answerand thank you very much ::D
