Am i going to have to set up appointments for drivers training since my permit expired?

When i was 15 i got my permit. And i suppose i was just lazy and never ended up getting my license. I schedule two driving lessons that are required for getting your license. I only needed one more driving lesson before i could take the license test.

I lost my permit so i went to the DMV. I lost my permit over a year ago and just decided to get it now. When i went they explained that my permit had expired which means i have to start all over again, which includes retaking the test.

My question is, do i have to reschedule my first and second driving lesson as well? Do those times that i drove for two bloody hours in a car with some stranger no longer count on my record? Because i already paid for those, they aren't cheap. Can i just do one more and then get my license?

  1. In Wisconsin if you are 18 or older you just have to take the computer test to get your temporary license, then you need to have 10 hours of driving time with someone that holds a driver's license for 3 years. After you complete that then you can go for the driving test and hopefully get your driver's license.
