  1. if the warrant is for failure to pay a fine you can go to the courthouse and pay it, most likely with an additional penalty.

if the warrant is for failure to appear in court, you might be able to reschedule your court date or you could be booked.

  2. was it for failure to appear if so more than likely will jail you thinking again you wont appear . if for not paying probably not . if they let you pay keep that with you it can take a month to get all paperwork into computer..

  3. NO do NOT go to the court house!

Call first. Talk to the clerk of courts.

Most likely with a DUI they'll arrest you.

They take DUI VERY serious. Too serious!

Good Luck and I would make sure you have bond or a bondsman ready!

  4. You must answer the charge against you. I doubt you will be put in jail. You may have to post bail or you may be release and given a court date to appear.

  5. GO TO THE COURTHOUSE AND DO A VOLUNTARY SURRENDER YOU  WILL SEE THE JUDGE AND MOST LIKELY BE ASSIGNED ANOTHER COURT DATE OR A NEW DATE TO PAY YOUR FINE OR GIVE PROOF OF PAYMENT OR WHAT EVER COURT ORDER PROGRAM YOU WHERE ORDERED TO ATTEND.

  6.         you can call the court and usally make another date for court.just dont do it again.you should be fine.if you dont call and set up another date you will get arrested

  7. Bad Boy Bad Boy What you going do What your going to do when they come for you. Bad Boy

  8. OK, if you have not yet been to court for this charge, then you will probably only need to be arraigned.  It's a simple process.

Likely, all you need to do is show up at the court clerk's office at the courthouse before 8:00 AM.  The clerk will get your file, then tell you to go to courtroom such and such.  When your name is called, you'll stand in front of the judge, be read your rights, make a plea, be told the date and time of your next mandatory appearance, and probably be released on your own recognizance.  If not, you will have the option of posting bail.  If you don't want the public defender representing you, then you may want to take your own attorney with you.

  9. If you go to the court house they will arrest your ***, call first and ask if you can pay whatever in the mail to avoid cuffs.

  10. If you don't pay your fine you will. Why didn't you just take care of the fine when it was issued? Really not a smart thing to do, ignoring something like that.
