  1. no.  you would have all ready been arrested.  you may be contacted and pay a fine.  would you get arrested at a buffet for ordering from the children's menu?  you may have to pay full price, but that's it.

  2. How did you know that the ticket that they accepted was a 'child' return ticket?  Would they have gone through some other type of event if they did not accept that ticket?  Tell them you want your child return ticket back and you will exchange it for the right ticket that tells them the truth.

  3. Sure. The prisons are full of those guilty oft he heinous offense of riding without a valid ticket. They're kings of the prison rec yard and naturally become the leaders of the toughest gangs and are feared by other inmate on account of their psychopathic disregard of the law.

Come on. You may well get a citation and a fine. If falsely identified yourself by giving a fake date of birth, there's a chance you could be called down for something more (still not that serious), but you'll likely just have the ticket.

  4. nah, no prison...they will ask you to pay fine that's all...

  5. i doubt that is a jailable offense.  You more than likely will get a ticket and a fine...

  6. yup life with out parole

come on if anything will get a bill in the mail or maybe an order to appare in a magastrate court .if a notice to appare call the phone# talk to them might just have to pay a fine and its done

next time give them someones name you dont like lol

    or pay the right fair!

  7. Haha I doubt it, you should be cautioned or fined.  Unless you live in North Korea, then you will be shot.

  8. no, your not going to prison. youll probably just end up paying a fine - nothing too bad.

  9. nah, just a fine, you might lose your liscense for a little bit.

  10. Offer to pay the difference.  Next time don't lie.  I know that is hard, but you will be in less trouble.

  11. Send the letter back unopened marked unknown at this address a couple of times, it's not worth it for them to pursue unless you were forced to show them heavy duty ID like a passport or birth certificate.

  12. You are going to jail ha ha, no prob. just a slap on the wrist and send you on your way
