several parts of my body hurts it like they pinching me maybe its agina like in the wrist and legs and back i have shortness of breathing, irregular heart beat can breath that well, im crying right now please help

my heart doesnt feel well

We are unable to know what is going on here, and either is anybody else on this answers website.

I highly stress- Do NOT listen to people on here who try to give you a diagnosis, such as anxiety attack.  It might be, it might not be.  THEY REALLY DON'T KNOW!  

They can't see you and they are probably not carrying medical degrees either.

It is ALWAYS best to call 911or report to your local Emergency Room when you think something is wrong.

You should immediately go see a doctor or go to the ER.  Only they can do tests to check your symptoms.  Shortness of breath and heart palpitations are two serious signs of a multitude of serious conditions.  Get help quick!

CALL 911!!! And call  your relatives or the neighbours if you're alone. Irregular heart beat is very serious!!!
