About a year ago i started to have these fainting spells and i dont know why. They always seem to happen while i'm standing or walking. First i start to feel a little dizzy and my heart starts racing and i get a heavy feeling all over my body. Then i start to get tunnel vision and eventually slowly black out within 3 minutes. My whole body feels like jello and i slump down until i can sit. after about 5 minutes of sitting i feel fine, and oddly refreshed. it used to only happen once every month or so, but its happened twice in the past 24 hours and im scared that its starting to get worse. anyone have any clue what this could be?

  2. You need to go and see a doctor. Only they can determine what is causing these spells!

  3. I can't believe you haven't been to a doctor yet? There are many things that could be causing it like low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, heart ailments, and yes, panic attacks, but I don't think that is what is happening here.  Please get a physical as soon as possible and the doc will run tests to get to the root of your problem.

  4. A while ago i started taking diet pills to lose weight. I was also on meds and had no idea what was about to happen to my body and mind! The same things that you are experiencing was happening to me! I would go from hot to cold, my eyes would get blurred to the point of blacking out. I felt like the world was coming up underneath me! I never told my doc that i was taking the pills, but when i had to go to the hospital i had no choice. She was upset that i did not trust in her to tell her and that i could of had a mild heart attack. She ended up giving me meds to calm down these attack and made me promise that if i wanted to get other things from the drug store i needed to check with her. I thought i knew what anxiety and panic attacks where, but i was mistaken. I couldn't leave my house, even smoking ciggs would trigger it. I'm ok now little by little i'm getting better. So PLEASE sweetie go see a doctor they may know what they are talking about! ! ! Take Care!
