Am i jinxed or what?

Question

i have applied to 15 jobs and i have not heard one reply, and they all needed employment badly, would someone tell me y this is. i have alos not been doing good at college.

if i am what can i do to un-jinx me.

please no stupid answers really need help.

You think your Jinxed? The 3 jobs I had all shut down. Lol You are not jinxed your fine.

I attempted many many times to get a job, and what finally got me a job, was the consistency of  calling the place i applied for. once i turned in the application i got an interview on the spot, so i called every other day and they realized i was willing to do whatever job they needed.

You've answered your own question. You are not doing well at college, and your question is full of spelling errors. If someone was looking at your cv, they would see an applicant who cannot spell and has a poor educational record. Therefore, you would be low on their list of potential employees.

Concentrate on your studies and try to improve your grades. If you're not enjoying the subject, maybe consider swapping to something you can enjoy and do well at.

Get someone to read through your cv and job applications and make sure they are spelled correctly. Only apply for jobs that you know you are suited to.

Try to improve what you are doing and you should see some results. Good luck!

c'mon man. turn on the TV. it will tell tell you the job market is in a decline. Unemployment is on a rise. The FACT that you found 15 jobs to apply to, says to me that you're pretty dam lucky!

No you aren't jinxed.  You probably aren't applying properly.  Have you got a nice, clear cv?  Do you attach a properly worded and well-spelled letter to each application?  If you just scribble something like ' I want a job' or you just phone up, then you probably won't get a reply.  Your application must make the company WANT to have a look at you.
