Am i legally entitled to one hours worth of lunch break per day if im working 40+ hours a week?

my work can get pretty hectic sometimes and some days i don't get a single 10 min break in an 8 hour day.

depends on what state ur in? Every state has different labor laws. go to google and search for the labor laws of your state and look up meal periods.

I'm in the UK and where I work it's 15mins for over 4 hours of work, 30mins for over 6 hours of work and to get an hour you'd have to work more than 8 hours. So, for a 8 hour day you would get 30mins.
