  1. allergic*

it is the heat, drink more water(and i don't mean water from the pool).

  2. Actually, allergies to chlorinated pool water are exceptionally rare.  It sounds to me as though you have a 2nd-degree sunburn, fairly serious.  Putting on sunscreen would have helped some, but as soon as you get in the water the sunscreen starts to come off.  Even the supposedly 'water proof' ones.  You need to re-apply sunscreen every time you are out of the water for more than just a few minutes, or if you sweat heavily.

Now you have a fairly serious burn that has some danger of becoming infected.  The best thing to do is keep the area clean with mild soap and water.  Topical ointments and sprays will often dry out the skin and actually make healing more difficult.  Do NOT pop the blisters, that just makes healing take longer and increases significantly the danger of infection.  If it doesn't start getting better within a day or two, or if you see any signs of infection, its time for a Doctor's visit.

  3. Are you in a public pool?

    It could be molluscum.

Or it could be the sunblock - you could try Aveeno or Neutrogena as they are known to be the most dermatologically friendly in terms of the ingredients they use.

But if you're concerned or if it's itchy or getting worse, see a doctor.
