i've been on my period for a week now and for the past week, i've gained 4 lbs and the strange thing is i've been working out so hard because i'm on a training for my school team.

i burn about 1200 calories because i'm out on the courts for such a long time,

and i burned 1596 calories today because i had to play tennis for four and a half hours.

i have no menstrual cramps whatsoever, i've been eating the healthiest foods, with just enough calories for me to lose weight.

could it be that i'm bloated, and is it possible to be bloated when you don't have any pains? oh and i have low blood flow, i used to be heavy flow, but ever since i started eating healthy and exercising really well, it's low blood flow and no cramps at all.

  1. Good chance it is just due to your period even if you don't have pain.  If your period lasts a week longer than your normal you should consult your doctor about that.  Also, muscle looks a lot better than fat, but muscle weighs more than fat.  So you'll look leaner but could weigh more.  The good news is that muscle burns more calories than fat so the more muscle you have the more calories you'll burn.
