  1. I doubt it, I passed on Tuesday (first time with both prac and theory). I just used an instructor with a good reputation, Steve (my instructor) had taught my cousin and two of her cousins so I went with him, took me about 9 months altogether but I was a slower learner than my cousin, she had it in under 6. He'll be teaching my brother now in Jan and we all believe he'll do fine as well.

The important thing is to mae sure your with an instructor you like, working with someone you don't like won't help anyone.

Random bit of advice as well - use the computer disks for the theory, much better than reading books until you bore yourself stupid and the multiple choice questions are often on the disks if you look for some good ones, I ended up getting 49 out of 50 right without that must trouble thanks to my computer and its cds.

If the instructor has a good reputation I'd give them a try, then if you don't like them try someone else.

Oh yeah, try to get as much experience outside lessons as you can, it'll save you a lot of driving lessons in the long run.

  2. No!  You are no more likely to pass than with any other good driving school.

  3. BSM suck, 2 of my friends took lessons from them

    dead expensive

    both failed at least 2times

    arrogant

  4. Not really no!!! I had 1 lesson with bsm and they put me stairght into traffic before they showed me gas and bite! I even tried the simulator but looking at the screen made me sick!!! I had a few instructors before I clicked! It took me personally 2 years to learn to drive and I passed my theory, hazard and test the first time around.
