my partner & i have been living together as man & wife for 15 years, tho she is still married she has been legally separated from him for over 20 years & he has had a new pertner himself whom he has been living with for 20 years .Who is my pertners NEXT of KIN ? is it me or my partners old husband?

  3. That's a really good question!  Unless you and your partner have some kind of legal papers (don't know what they would even be), her old husband might be her next of kin.

    Wow...that's scary, isn't it?   Get in touch with a lawyer and do what you have to do to protect each of you.
