i am 166 cms and i weigh 68kg, am i overweight?

  1. You can use BMI (Body mass index ) to help you answer this. But remember, it doesn't work for all types of people, if you're really muscular, have big b*****s, or something other lol it will be completely wrong, and other things. This is the chart used for calculating weight:

    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

    Overweight = 25-29.9

    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    Your current BMI is 24.7, according to the weight you typed in. Go to the site below for more info and to do this test yourself. Remember, it doesn't work for all people, but it should give you an idea if you're an average person.

    if you'd like to lose weight concentrate on cutting out any excess fats/sugars out of your diet. skip candys and dessert.

    eat lots of fruits and vegetables, people tend to skip those.

    and drink A LOT of water!

    you should do 30 mins of cardio exercise to maintain your weight

    this should be a regular part of your day!!

    to lose weight 60 - 90 mins a day of cardio exercise is recommended.

    you could take your dog on a walk, or even walk around the mall :D

    or go swimming with your friends.

  3. if you have extra fat, you are overweight, that is the definition of overweight. so if you have extra fat, then yes, and that is easy o figure out, look int he mirror.

Beauty is truly determined with how you see yourself and thus carry yourself. Personality and confidence surely factors in here. Some of the most beautiful women and skinny women are at fault with their own personalities and confidence. Think twice about what truly makes someone beautiful!

  12.   you're average,you probably feel fat because you're not toned. do simple exersizes daily and eat healthy and you'll be toned in no time.

    so you can add to your body another 2 kg

    and you will be ok

    more than that will be over your limit

    as longer you feel good  that what counts
