Am i over weight heeeeeeeeeeeelllp?

i am 14(almost 15) i matured early..so i probably have a body type of a 16/17 year old...i weight 139ish... i feel kind of chubby...but, i dn't know if other people think i look chubby...(i have cuurrves..if u catch my drift.)

  2. it all rlly depends on ur height. but im 16, 5'9" and 165. im actually at a healthy wieght. so im pretty sure u r fine! if u want to loose weight tho, try eating healthier, exercising more and drink alot of water. if u dont drink water ull just loose water weight and gain it all back quick. also if u fill up on water it will make u less hungry. Ha ha.  I, too, am overweight.  The other day my coworker and I decided to eat less and exercise.  We got our motivation from Dr. Phil...lol.  It was actually a joke;  we have a poster of Dr. Phil, and underneath it reads: "You're Fat...don't sugar coat it because you'll eat that too."  We laughed our butts off...and that's a lot of laughing.

    Anyway, be comfortable with who you are.  Your weight does not change who you are on the inside.  On the flip side, you may want to drop a few pounds to be healthy, to live longer and to be more confident.

    It's up to you.

  5. are you tall for your age? if you are, fine but (do the following any way). if not excersize, eat (and I mean EAT!!!) healthy, limit desserts, no diets (unless doctor recomends), and most important thing is self-esteem.

  7. well.. you could do a lil bit of exercise  to look bettetr :).. but onlu if ure not comfortable with urself.. a lil bit of exercise each day wont kill :)

It depends on how tall you are.  I am only 15, I weigh 190 pounds, but I am 6' 2", so I am not fat.  Check your BMI, or body mass index.  Look this up on google and you will find sites that can calculate it for you based on your height, age, and weight.  It will tell you if your BMI is too high (too fat) or too low (too skinny), or just right.

  10. im 15 i weigh 135 and people say im light as h**l, so you not chubby, unless everyone at your school is anarexic

    but if you feeling a lil self consious y dont you try taking a dance class or swimming classes just to help you get fit and toned

    and make sure to eat healthy food :)

    but dont ever not eat cuz then your not helping your self at all :)

  13. at my school, imconsidered a top athlete..mvp and varsity sports.

    girl..im 16 and weigh 140. ur not over weight. combine the curves that you have with muscle tone and viola..139 pounds.  

    and most likely, others dnt look at u and think EWWW!!  have a little more confidence in yourself :)

  15. well it depends on certain things...like how tall are you? how is your family built? (in my family they have big butts, hips and b***s) do you have a large frame, medium or short frame? what is your ethnicity? these are all things you should be looking at and im also 15yrs old and i weigh 160...but i am 5ft 7in tall....i like my weight not 2 big not 2 small...you could look at a BMI chart..usually when i look at the charts i stay at least 5 lbs or so over it because women look good with meat on their bones...being skinny makes you look haggerd..
