Question:

Am i overweight......?

okay i checked http://kidshealth.org/parent/nutrition_fit/nutrition/bmi_charts.html and it said i am 90% overweight. does that mean i am 90% more than i should weigh....i am 5' 2'' and weigh 135! i think i am fat. what about yall...and NO rude things like :woahh you are really fat and you need to lose alot of weight" cause yes, i know i need to lose weight!!!

  4. well, i dont think ur overweight. im wayyyy fatter than u.im 5' 3" and weigh  187.

    so dont feel bad.i think you sound like the perfect weight.if ur a teen, then u can grow into your skin.

Wow...I just looked you up and surprisingly it does really say you're in the 95th percentile...which is TOTALLY shocking.  I thought you had to have misread something.  When I was in high school, I weighed 135 and was 5'3" and was in 3 sports and kept very active and would never have considered myself fat.  So personally, I think you're perfect!

    thats not really overweight. id say thats about natural. your not overweight or underweight. but if you'd like to lose some weight, just eat healthy and exersise.  =)

    5'0 =100

    5'1=105

    5'2=110,

    u should weight around110-120  

  8. Don't trust most websites that have to do with your weight they will lie and ask you to by stuff that will "help you lose weight" I am 5'7 and i weigh 136 pounds.  

  9. This 90% is based on  your age.  If you are still growing than this 90% means that you are in the 90th percentile for your height and weight, like you weigh more than 90% of the kids your age.  But do not fret about this. because here is what I found:

    actually your BMI (body mass index) is 24.7.  You are on the high side of having a normal weight for your height, but still in the normal range.  

    In reality, yes it would be beneficial for you to lose a few pounds (but don't worry most people could stand to lose a few, me included) however, you are not significantly overweight.
