i'm 16 5'5" 135 lbs

i feel sort of fat...like i know i'm not obese but i feel like i should lose like 20-25 lbs =\

    Your about an inch taller than me, and everyone says that I am fine,

    I know how you feel sometimes, I feel like that, but then when I see someone overweight, I am happy that I am the way I am :]


  2. You are absolutely fine.  Especially if you're athletic.  You'd look like a bobble head if you lost 20-25 lbs.

  3. Okay well you should probably be around 125 lbs thats what this one thing says and it also says that gives a few extra pounds so probably around 120 lbs would be good. Don't lose more than 20 lbs

  5. Feeling fat and being fat are two different things.  You are about right, you are still developing, may be when you are a little bit older start worrying.  

    For now if you feel fat, try some rigorous exercise this will make you feel better about yourself, and if there are any extra pounds there they will soon fade away and you will be YOUR optimum weight.

    Try and stay away from diets as these only work for a short while. But you are what you eats at the end of the day. So a slight modification of diet would not go a miss.  Get your five a day, avoid junk food. What you eat does have an affect on how you feel about yourself, eat good feel good!

  9. well you are not overweight at all but it would be good for you physically, mentally and health-wise if u lost about 10 pounds.

    they usually say that if your 5 feet u should weigh about 100 pounds..and for every inch more u should be about 5 pounds heavier

    soo for 5'1-105 pounds

    5'2-110 pounds

    5'3- 115 pounds

    5'4- 120 pounds

    5'5- 125 pounds

    so u should be around 125 pounds..however, u might have more muscle than fat and in that case ur at a perfect weight but if u dont have much muscle then u should definately consider going on a diet and exercise more


  10. Absolutely not!  You sound like you are a perfect weight!  You would be way to skinny if you lost 25 pounds!  My cousin is only 5 feet tall and she weighs like 110 and she's small!  Don't worry about your weight anyways!
