  1. When I was trying for a baby, I didn't know what the signs of ovulation were.  She gave me an invaluable piece of information, which if it wasn't for that, my son wouldn't be here today.

All those indicators you have mentioned could be signs of so many things in a woman.  But the most obvious one, is a cloudy, jelly-like discharge.  It's not a lot but it's a sure-fire indicator of ovulation.

There is also testing kits available from pharmacies, but they are quite expensive.

Also, when you are breast-feeding, someone women don't ovulate as often.  It's still possible to fall pregnant during this time though, so use precautions if you don';t wish to have another baby so soon.

EDIT: You will get PMT as normal before a period even if you haven't ovulated.

    Hope that helped.  Good luck.

  2. if you have a regular cycle and are receiving these symptoms half way through your cycle every month i would say you would most probably be ovulating they are all ovulation symptoms to me.. if you want to be sure opk's will confirm it

  3. Buy and  opk kit and find out or chart your temps.  We know just as much as you do...but it sound like you might be. Good luck!
