i am 5'1 and 105 pounds.

am i normal for a twelve year old girl?

  2. this would depend on your body type (ie : wider hips, shoulders, slim frame ,etc) it seems to me that you are a healthy weight, as long as you get some sort of exercise, keep yourself hydrated and eat moderately healthy(it's hard sometimes to pass up a blizzard from DQ for me lol).

    I am 5'9 and 160 lbs, 20% body fat, I have wide shoulders. I work out on a regular basis, walk everywhere and takes people's dogs for walks. I also horseback ride(good for glutes, legs and abs) and play hockey in the winter.

    usually the rule of thumb for females is 5 feet 100 lbs then add 5-10 lbs(this varies) per inch... you are perfect!


  3. i'm not a girl and ur kinda short and wheigh almost the same as me (113 lbs.) and i'm 5.5 so i think you should just try getting taller

  4. are you healthy? if yes, then stop obsessing over your weight.  igo to the doctor get a check-up. If he says you're good then that's all that matters right now. I know you want to look your best also, but don't obsess about it.
