  1. Do  not pay more unless it is international shipping.

If he threatens bad feedback, then just let him.

Pay the total of the auction and shipping, if he refuses to send the item, then file NPS at Ebay on him.

In fact go to the Ebay discussion boards, the Packaging and Shipping board in particular.  They can help you there more than I can help  you here.

  2. You do not have to pay unless it states on the auction that there is this additional shipping involved. You can report the seller to ebay if this additional shipping threat is coming out of nowhere. Always read EVERYTHING on the auction before you bid. Good luck.

  3. No. Seller can NOT come back, AFTER, the auction ends and change the terms. Go to EBay and file a complaint.  They agreed to sell it at the price and shipping that was stated in ad and they must stand by it. UNLESS it says SOMEWHERE in the ad that this might be a possibility. Then when you put your first bid on it, You agreed to those terms. That is why it is sooooo important to really read the auction BEFORE you bid.

Shipping gouging is not allowed on Ebay.

Peace & God bless from Texas. <><

  4. No.

Tell ebay about the problem, and get your money back.

This guy was a rip off.

Make sure you do all of your emailing and message THROUGH ebay, so ebay can have proof that you were having a problem, and they will make it much less of a hassle for the problem to be solved.

  5. No

    Not your problem.

BUT they can leave a bad feedback...but so can you.

You tell them They had a price listed.  That is the price you paid.  You want the item for that amount or YOU will leave THEM a bad feedback

  6. Play it  safe  and  get in touch with the

Resolutions  Department.   You will see it listed   on the site.     Send   them  a   report of the  situation  and   make it  clear  that you  want to be  fair  and  reasonable,    but   the  shipping charge  was  clearly  listed  as   so much,  and  now the seller  is  asking for more,  and   threatening bad  feedback.          I  take it  that  the   shipping cost  WAS  in  fact   listed   before  you    won the bid.

I  would     personally  always  try  to   accommodate    the seller  if  at  all possible, because  I have  goofed   a  couple of times  over  the  purchase of something,    contacted   my seller,  explained what  happened   and how I had  misunderstood the nature of the item   and  asked if  the person  would   consider   excusing me.         They did,  and I  was   extremely   grateful  and impressed  by  the goodwill they showed.        However, in this  case,  it   does  seem  as if the  seller  is   being   really belligerant,  so   I think it is   time to turn to  eBay  arbitration.    It  will show  eBay  that you  are  trying to  do the honorable thing,   and just don't  want to be  taken  advantage of.

  7. on this you need to contact e-bay to resolve the problem.  but as a warning , you better think of paying the extra .  this is one of the bad things about buying on the net. here is something you can do also .you can warn the seller that you will give them a bad feed back and say why you are doing so ! if the seller changes the price after the sale it could go in your favor. as i said let e-bay deal with it.

  8. Well honestly you cant stop him from leaving bad feedback. But I would file a report with ebay. Shipping gouging is a illegal activity on ebay and make sure you point that out. And what ever contact you have with seller foward those to ebay.

  9. you should email ebay and get a correct answer from them
