Question:

Am i running no where?

Okay so i sprint once a week on a track i sprint the straight aways and walk the curves if im not sore the next two days should i up on the laps? or go to the track more often than once a week? Oh yeah i like to lift weights whens a good time to do that?

  1. Alright well.

    Sprinting is great.

    And wanting to weightlift is great.

    Heres my advice.

    Try a schedule.

    Here's one for example.

    One day go jogging for 3 miles or so, and finish with a hard sprint. Then the next day go up to your track and so only sprints. Do what your able to do, and push yourself to be the best, but don't kill yourself. Do as much as you possibly can, while still being comfortable. Then the following day weightlift.

    Rest the next day and repeat the cycle.
