Am i safe from this?

Question

my father and mother are sick with diarrhea and dry heaves, my mom had it first and now my dad has it. I am on antibiotics for lyme disease, and i have been for about a week now. Is it true that i cant catch their illness now, especially if i wash my hands frequently and stay clear of germs? I am 16

Antibiotics won't protect you from getting a virus. ANtibiotics don't kill viruses, they just have to take their course.

I can't say whether or not you are safe. It sounds like you are taking good precautions, but it doesn't guarantee anything.

I have been in situations where one person in the household had the stomach bug and I never caught it, one time everyone had it, but I never caught it, so it is hard to say.

No, you are not safe.  Stay clear of them, and spray everthing down with Lysol to kill their germs.  Do not eat or drink after them.  Spray the phone and the door k***s down too.
