the IFA is the Initial Fitness Assessment which the Navy is requiring me to pass before i go out to bootcamp. It consist of pushups, situps, and running.I did it today and I passed the running but not the pushups and situps.I did 35/42 pushups and 32/50 situps.I have to come back and pass everything on Monday or else im not going to bootcamp on Wednesday.Is it possible for me to improve enough to pass it 2 days from now? If so, how?
