5'2 and 13, done growing according to my doctor. :)

If you truly are done growing, then you are slightly shorter than average, but not midget sized.

I don't think you'll really know how tall you get until your get pass your adolescent days... You could have a growth spurt or something :] But I would say you're about average ^^

Butt.. Yes you sound petite! And theres nothing wrong with that! Tall girls want to smaller and Petite girls want to be taller!

Guys like shorter girls anyway in general (some exceptions) , you don't want to be towering over you boyfriend do you?!

I stopped growing in 6th grade... crappy.  Im 4'11'' and 26 years old :)

You are considered petite, but petite is a nice word for short lol.  But asians tend to be shorter than the average caucasion, so you have an advantage..  I bet you are real cute though!

because ur a girl, u won't stop growing completly until ur 18 years old - when puberty ends. The average height for a woman is 5'5 so your just under it. as u go through puberty you'll make subtle growth so don't worry. i think you might grow to be 5'3 or 5'4 which is fine. :)

thats tall for 13. im that height and 16. and im taller than my mom. it's a good height to be. i wouldnt care if i were 2 inches taller, it's like whatever to me.

For the average female in the US?  Yes, you are below the average of 5' 5" so you are short.  Look at it this way- you can wear those great killer heels.  I am 5' 8" and it took me half of my adult life so far to appreciate it, but would still love to be about an inch shorter to wear heels even though 6' tall models wear them, so I am sure when you are older you will appreciate your height as it is.  At 13 I was already 5' 8" and stopped growing.
