Question:

Am i sick sleeping at 4am not getting up til 2pm and when i eat i throw up and then i am not hungry anymore ?

in the whole day.. and when i eat i feel wierd and wanna throw up and i feel dizzy and i feel sweaty?

  1. well, i go to bed at 4am, and wake up at 2pm.

    but i fink you mighte have an eating disorder when you are being sick


  2. GO TO A DOCTOR. yahoo answers is not a good place for serious health issues.

    find the root of the problem and try to deal with it

    talk to someone about it or try to meditate

  4. I think you should sort out you sleeping pattern, you body is all over the place.

    Try to go to bed at 11ish at least and wake up at 10ish.

    Try not to eat big portions of food and only eat at set meal times. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

    You dizzyness may have something to do with the times you are sleeping.

    After 5 days, if you have done all those things and you still feel the same, i suggest you speak to your doctor.

  5. take sleeping pills to start getting in  right sleeping habits, say like go to bed at eleven or twelve and don't eat immediately, or u will throw up, wait have some juice and about an hour or so after you wake up, eat a light breakfast like a granola bar, or oatmeal

  6. I know this seems dumb, but check your temperature and if its over 100 you need to get your little sick body to the doctors before it turns into something more severe or fatal!

  7. 1 set the alarm and force yourself to get up at 8am do this for a month and your body will adjust eat healthy food that stays with you until you wake up keep crackers and sprite by your bed to nibble on before you get up..eat small meals that are bland and easy on the stomach the reason you are sick is because your screwed up hours leave you with low blood sugar which once out of check leaves you all day fighting to get it back to normal try a hot chocolate with real milk  unless you are lactose intolerant the warm milk will help you sleep and the chocolate will help you keep your blood sugar up till you wake do not over sleep or you will be up till 4am again if you want to make the change more gradual  start getting up earlier and earlier  til your time is where you want it
