I'm 13 and i weigh 122.6 pounds. I am around 5' 4. I mean i am a healthy body weight but when i squeeze my legs i get a bunch of cellulite? I need to tone my legs but what are some good excercises to tone them up?

  1. Your weight is excellent but if you want to do some toning then swimming is a good option.  The more laps every day the better.


  2. Go hiking.

    Take a walk every day after dinner.

    ride a bike.

    Move your legs!.
