Right now i am an American Citizen but i was originally born in the Philippines. I moved to America when i was 2 years old and right now im 19. Can i still be considered a Filipino citizen? the reason for this question is because some of my American born Filipino friends say that being born their doesn't mean you are a citizen? unless you live their all your life.
