  1. If you are goodlooking with huge t!ts, you need to find a better job which pays a h**l of a alot more.. escort, stripper, hooker come to mind. Big money, easy work.

If you are ugly (most likely) and g*y, then yes, the police farce will employ you. Just scream discrimination.

  2. When you apply the Police conduct a thorough criminal histry check. this also includes your driving record, which does count despite what others here say.

Every applicants case is different and you obviously wouldn't be the first to apply with a few traffic fines or"mistakes" etc, depending on how serious they are.

The biggest tip for applying, don't lie, no matter how small a lie it is. If they ask something tell them. If you lie and they find out (which they will) you'll be black listed forever from applying.

Ring your States Police recruitment branch and speak to a careers advisor for some advise and guidance.

  3. you should be fine.

as long as there is no jail time and no outstanding fines.

get on the website for the requirements and apply

    everyone makes mistakes!

  4. you should be o.k there main thing is no drugs, violence or dishonesty charges. give it a go, and you are now 21 if all those things happened when you were young you should be fine

  5. Well it depends. If any of your 'mistakes' were drug related then that's killed your chances. But things like traffic offenses are minor, and as long as you still have at least 6 demerits (in WA) you're ok. It's best to ask them though, as they may make allowances. They are very short of recruits atm so they may take you despite your little discrepancies.

  6. No P-Plate comes under the traffic Act, Not a criminal matter, therefore should have little bearing on your application, As the other offences were commited as child and are minor this should not affect your chances of becoming a Police Officer, so put your application in and see what happens if you do not apply you will never know so do it now. Good Luck

  7. Yes, change your goal...   We don't need Women Officers

  8. Never too later. A study showed in 1973, that one in 3 people will be stopped by the police at any given time in their life.

So if everyone was held to be a criminal because they were stopped?

Go for your dreams, my daughter and son have followed in my path. Daughter 21 years on force and son 3 years.

Be honest and say yep did that when i was young and stupid.

Believe it or not, we have some who were gang members, no arrests, no stops, some of the best officers I had worked with, know the streets well.

  9. It shouldn't matter, but you MUST tell them about it when they ask, and don't lie.
