Am i such a failer...........?

im 18 years old, 9th grade still in high school, i cant make friends in high school becuz im afraid to talk, i know this is pathetic even in familys or relatives, they all think im useless or garbage.....from some problem in 3 years ago of my high scool,i should be graduate already and have a good life, but it change my life totally hard!! wat should i do now....

Try your best to graduate high school as soon as possible. Ask your guidance counselor for help in this area as well as with your self-esteem. I don't know what happened 3 years ago but you know, I don't see any reason why you should be considered by anyone as being "garbage".

As for making friends, I'd try to open up to those who are genuinely interested in your welfare. They don't have to be your age; just as long as they don't try to take advantage of you, that is.

The worst things we do are abuse ourselves by saying that we're worthless and stop trying to life as best we can. (I know this from experience.) If you were really hopeless, you wouldn't be asking for help right now.

hey just chill out alright i am not so different. i know how u feel i am cursed i cannot pass my exams if i do there is always 1 or 2 subjects always left behind :\ soo all u need to do is *** d rest don't listen to them just do what u have to do become something den tell the rest to *** off... tats what i am doing and works for me and find someone who u can trust and can share stuff with.

I know school seems really hard and making friends can be intimidating.  just take your homework, sit down and try to make sense of it. once you understand homework you are going to be able to pass tests and graduate from high school.  just take it one day at a time, you are so young. You have your whole life to make something great out of yourself.  As for making friends, that will come when you are ready. you don't nessecarily have to make friends at school but in time you'll find something you like that will bring you closer to other people who have the same interests. you are too young to be a failure, just keep trying and stop beating yourself up. like i said you have your whole life ahead of you!!

I have been thinking about this dilemma you have and I have another option.  Have you thought of trying to take the GED exam? Why not just give that a try, buy a GED study guide or go to the public library and you can view this book for free. Just read through it and give the GED a chance, this is the high school equivilency exam that is equal to a high school diploma. then go ahead and enroll in some fun and interesting classes at your local junior college, you don't even need a high school diploma to take classes at a community or junior college. Then who knows maybe you'll find a subject you love and suddenly you'll start to understand how to do good in school, that's what happened to me. try it. go to the library and look at the GED test prep book, take it and move on from high school. give community college a chance, it's so cheap and the state will pay for it if you apply for financial aid! and hey if you don't like it there are tons of other paths you can take that will help you make something out of yourself! You can accomplish things that don't have to do with school. keep trying!

No you're not a loser because its not too late for you!! You are 18 and still young. If you can't talk to people you may be shy or have some social issues and you should really get help for that because that might be the reason you are not doing good in school. What you should do is work on your social issues and maybe your self-esteem and if you really try you can do anything!! Don't call yourself useless garbage... YOU CAN DO IT :D
