Am i suffering from back pain because...

Im double jointed. I can get my elbows to touch each other behind my back. And i can clap in a straight line behind my back. Do you reckon this is the cause of my back pain :)

  4. This could well be the problem. I'm double-jointed and have had back pain for almost forty years now! You need to watch your posture and strengthen all the muscles around your back and stomach - stomach muscles need to be strong to support your spine. You probably also should see a chiropractor every three months or so because your vertebrae may well slip out of joint easily.

    Posture is the most common reason for back pain. Especially in younger people.

    If you have good posture(Be honest to yourself) then it might be more serious. It could be a pulled muscle, or it could be a misalignment of the vertebrae. There are discs in your back, if one is loose, your in big trouble, and you might need surgery.
