Am i suppose to file for financial aid Before or after i get accepted?

Before or after i get accepted in to the college? is a Community one, so i got like a 99.8 % chance of being accepted, so should i send the application for financial aid? or what

before, unless you don't mind paying for your tuition and books out of pocket only to be reimbursed after the fact.  The eariler the better.  (8 months before school start is early)
