Am i testing to early?

me and my husband have been trying for a baby and for some reason i don't know what it is but i feel like I'm pregnant this month i have had really bad nausea extreme fatigue hot flushes and headaches which apparently are a sign of early pregnancy ,,, I'm not due to have my period or another 3 days but i thought id buy a pregnancy test which says it can tell you up to 6 days before your period is due and see what it says ,,,, anyway it came out negative i dont know weather its right or weather i should ignor it because i tested to early or maybe I'm just picking up on sign of early pregnancy because me and the hubby are so desperate to conceive any advice and help would help many thanks xxxxx

I think you tested too early. I took the test 4 days after AF due date (Yes & BFP). Good luck & baby dust to you

you can find out 3 days early but it all depends on how much pregnancy hormone is in your urine...u mite as well wait another few days and let it build up if its there because if it is and theres not enough u could get a neg result but still be pregnant, whereas if your not pregnant it will be neg obviously and ur period should turn up. hth

Those early test kits are a con I reckon because most often they are negative and you end up buying another one nearer your due period date.

Personally I would wait till 2 or 3 days after your period is due and if you have no period then do a test. What is the rush? If you are pregnant the next 9 months will be the longest of your life :)

I hear you meow22- BFNs are so upsetting, altho the wait is hard it's prob better than gettin that horrible feeling

Just wait and try again the day your periods due. I took a test 2 days before I was due that was supposed to be able to tell up to 4 days early and it came back negative but when I took another 2 days later it was positive.

I don't have a lot of faith in these so called early pregnancy tests. Take the next test first thing in the morning and don't drink anything before hand for best results. Good luck.

Yes you might be testing too early. If you read those "early" pregnancy tests, they say only a certain percentage of women are able to find out early. I would wait until you have a missed period to test. If it is negative then, you probably are not pregnant and you may be feeling these symptoms because you want to be pregnant. It has happened to me many times, we have been ttc for 8 months! At this point I have learned to ignore my "symptoms" because they are so similar to pms symptoms too. Good Luck to you!!!

I would wait till your period is late, i waited 3 days and then got a BFP! hated getting the negs all the time so decided to not test till after!  there's no way of knowing till then, some women get positives early but best to wait!
