i'll do the same as you do,maybe i'll give him a tip for helping me delivering big package. he must be very kind and polite to you. very proffessional worker without any complaint.

Depends.  IF your actually being a caring customer then there is nothing wrong with it.  BUT if you actually inviting him in so you can have your way with him then that is a WHOLE different story.  Either way, he will leave with a smile on his face.
