Am i the only one that find vegetarians annoying?

i dont hate vegetarians its just that they annoy me kind of lol (no offense to you guys) "oh, i dont eat meat" that just annoys me so much. again, no ofense to the vegetariens out there

If it is for their own diet, then no. But if they do it because they believe it's wrong then yeah most of them. They say retarded things like "your a murderer for eating the animal FLESH!!!" "your going to h**l for eating the FLESH"  If they are so worried about killing, why do they eat plants, they live too, how are we to know they don't have some sort of intelligence or feelings, just very different then ours. And we as humans are too stupid to notice it. And that would leave us nothing to eat.

    The ones that REALLY get to me are the christian ones. They say it's wrong and a sin to eat meat, I'm thinking, you pathetic worm, Jesus himself ate meat, HE the son of GOD, the one who was perfect, ate meat. So how in the name of Bob Barker's feet is that a sin?

And I'm one of the BIGGEST animal lovers in the world, I'm very against animal cruelty. But I also know that they were placed there to be eaten as well, because really it is in nature too. Lions hunt down their prey and eat other animals, so according to vegetarians, they must be evil too... o.0

I only find it annoying when they get all in your face and try to tell you how horrible you are for eating meat.

I personally don't care what anyone chooses to eat.

What I do have a problem with are the ones that are so over the top,throwing it in your face and protesting about how the chickens are being treated. What they fail to realize is that our fellow human beings are being mistreated working the fields picking their vegetables. Some of these workers are nothing more than slave labor and have terrible working conditions.

See vegetarian chick and anu are the very reasons why veggetarians are given a bad rep.

The poster here doesn't hate thier lifestyle, like most of us, he dislikes it when vegetarians force thier lifestyle upon others. I have eaten with some veggie people who will make comments all throughout the meal and won't shut up. Then I've eaten with those veggie people who RESPECT each others' lifestyles. Those are the ones who don't annoy me.

Some really push it in your face which can seem sort of confrontational, but the reality is those animals are born, tortured, deprived and then slaughtered. Humanity needs to grow up and realize that these animals are doubling the resources we are taking from the environment.

If they say that they don't eat meat because it's necessary, like they are at a restaurant or something, then I don't care. But I agree that when they are preachy and judgmental to meat-eaters, it can be ultra annoying.

I am a vegetarian, and I don't have a problem with this question.

I know that I am a minority, and I can find something to eat at lunch without chit-chatting about it. Generally, I can come and go at lunch with you, without talking about my being a vegetarian.  

There's a time and a place. I get that.

My being a vegetarian is not an opportunity to force my way on other people, it's just me. However, people have asked me, and at that point I will share my opinions.

I know that some veggies will disagree with me, but I'm not gonna force it on anyone.

My favorite food will always be a cheeseburger, but I've changed my ways since then. But heck, I'm not gonna judge someone else for it. If asked, I will share my opinions, otherwise, I know that I will just make some carnivores mad.

I know some of you will be angry at me for that, But I know that just like myself, you catch more flies with honey.

LOL Yeah I know what you mean. I don't have any problem with vegetarians or people of any other lifestyle per se. Everybody has a right to live according to their own beliefs. The only ones that really annoy me are the fanatics that seem to think that everybody should believe what they do. For example, some of the PETA supporters namely it's founder Ingrid Newkirk. It's only when people are judgmental of people that don't live the way they do that I find fault with them. I'm sure most vegetarians don't like anyone trying to convert them away from their choice of diet and they shouldn't be out to convert others either.

I can  understand that  some  of  the  more  militant  ones  can  be  annoying  when  you  want  a  burger  and  they  just  want  to  hassle  you.

but  frankly  Ive  only  ever seen  that  on  tv.  No-one  has  ever  tried  to  stop me  eating  meat.

But i doubt its their eating habits you dislike as much as it is some vegetarians attempts to tell everyone about their lifestyle or protest against anyone who is different. Dont be like the people you are annoyed by. Let them live their life and ignore the ones who feel the urge to talk about their lifestyle.

Ha,I don't think veggie ppl should take this question offensive,cause I do have a vegetarian friend and its so annoying cause whenever all us girls go eat out and order meat,she's always like your really gonna eat that..and blahblah about how wrong it is to eat animals. it makes me feel guilty at times,but sometimes I just wanna tell her to shuttup=) in a niice way tho. but I think they have their opinions and we meat eaters have ours,but SOME of them just get on my last nerves with animal riights and etc-_-

ya im 16 and work at AandW and there is a girl who works with me and shes a vegitarian but i think i mights slip some baccon into her vegy berger i find it really anoying
