Am i the only one that has the mathimatical side of their brain missing?

like seriously i think i was born without it. i can't even do integers without a calculator. and i just made a 0 on a quiz today.

Throw away the calculator.  You've been using it as a crutch and an excuse not to have to learn the concepts.  And talk to your school counselor to find out about being tested for a learning disability.  You might qualify for free tutoring or something.
