Am i the only person who has constant problems with verizon fios ?

Everything there internet TV and Phone service Ontop Of there Overcharging.Have had it for a year Now and as we speak I am On the phone ready to rip The customer service dept apart.

Switch to cable. They have the bundled services (internet, phone, cable) too with NO contract. ;)
