Am i the type that needs makeup? i just dont see natural beauty!

i feel ten times better with make up on but my family is always complainin' that it makes me look too old lol im 18!? any suggestions?

you certainly don't "need" makeup, you would be beautiful without it, in fact compared to what you're wearing now, you would look a lot better without it.

however, makeup can be fun and can help you feel good about yourself, so there is no reason to see it as something bad. you just need to tone it down! less mascara, you want your lashes to look long and full, not fake. similarly much less eyeliner (if you need it at all). don't pile on foundation etc, even if your skin isn't perfect, i think that natural skin shines through better then any product. only accentuate one feature at a time, so either eyes or lips, not both. you can wear bright red lipstick, but then go with very light, or no eyeshadow. or colourful eyeshadow and some clear gloss.

just don't pile anything on, go light with blush, bronzer, eyeshadow etc. makeup should enhance your features, not cover them up! if you feel like you can't leave home, or feel beautiful, without makeup, then that's a problem, maybe you need to give it a rest for a while and learn to love yourself as you are.

You just need a little more practice!  I like your eyeshadow in the third picture but you really need to blend it more, especially in the last pic.  Harsh lines don't really look good.  So just practice blending girl!  Also, tone down the mascara, it looks way to clumpy.  When you wear black eyeliner around your eye try going over it with black eyeliner and blending it out to soften the look.  It doesn't make you look older.  Even if it did, who cares, if you like wearing makeup don't stop!

i dont like all the eyeliner on the first two but the 3rd photo woweddddd me... you look amazing haha.. i love the make up what did you do?

so yeah thats my favorite pik lol, but its not as if you wear loads of blusher and stuff, its only really your eyes that have a lot of make up on.

i cant say that your prettier without it cause i havent seen a pik but wow your certainly beautiful with it!

Cant answer that question because none of the pictures show how you look naturally. Your makeup is really bad, btw. It looks like you put it on with a butterknife.

you don't really need that much makeup your eyes are very pretty you don't a lot of eyeliner or mascara.

In the last pic you look like you are 30 yrs old and you should try softer colors.

dump all the heavy eye makeup or at least tone it down it makes you look old your family is right.

i think you should wear as much make up as your wearing in the 3rd picture. it's not too much like the last one...

as a beautitian i hav 2 tell u that u naturally very beautiful.as i tell my clients i hav 2 tell u also.dont use/live with ur makeup 4 a long time.

u just use dark colour lashes like red brown gold etc;dont use light or mettalic colours.as ur lips r to small use a lipliner 2 draw a bigger lips and give lipstick only through brush not directly.use lipstick colors like red which is dark not colours like pink which is light.apply only a little of dark blushes.ur eyebrows are too thin 4 ur colour so u better try a eyebrow pencil or a eyebrow shapier.but my opion is u better don't makeup ofen u may lose ur natural beauty. any doubt clarify with me.

I just think that you wear too much makeup. Thats their way of telling you that its way too much. Just tone it down a bit and they'll stop complaining.

i think u are very pretty and have alot of natural beauty i think if u need make up eyeliner,mascara.blush thats about all u need or just a little lip gloss

well i was brought up with the saying "less is more". i belive in wearing makeup to bring out your natural beauty and to cover up any bad spots. so yes i think most ppl nee makeup and that includes you but you do seem to go over the top with the eyes. try something a little more natural. by the way you need to practice your camera smile coz its pretty scary, otherwise your kinda pretty.

omgshh. what are u talking about?! ur pretty already! i think u wear too much makeup. if u feel better with make up on, then just go for something light and natural.. dont go too heavy with the eyeliner. just maybe a little bit, and some mascara cz it'll really open up ur gourgeous eyes! and maybe some blush and lip stain. :) dont overload! ur gawgeouss just the way you are.
