  12. im 17 and im 140 lb. 5,7. But i would'n say ur fat ,loose 10 pounds . But you should eat healthy like fruits a lot, and vegetable and do some crunches every day  .

  13. i don't want to be mean or rude or harsh but i think you're a little bit overweight. i'm 5'6", 17, and i weigh less than you. don't go on an extreme diet though, you're not "fat." but you could benefit from some healthier eating and more exercising.

    Make sure you have at least 1,200 calories a day. Go to the websites below to find out how many calories you need to eat a day. CUTTING YOUR CALORIES TOO MUCH WILL MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT! Break your daily calories up into 6 small meals of 200-300 calories each. Space the meals 3-4 hours apart.

    Cadio exercise 5 days a week at least in 30 min. - 60 min. sessions. If you skip one, don't freak out about it. Stay motivated.

    Weightlifting every other day! Eat lots of protein, drink only water and Crystal Light Energy, and get enough fiber/calcium.

    You may want to consider taking a multi-vitamin and calcium+vitamind d supplement.
