I CAN FIND IT IN HUMAN DOSE BUT NEED IT FOR A SICK HORSE. HELP PLEASE

    Green vegetables and whole grains contain quite a bit of magnesium. Pinto beans, almonds, and especially figs are outstanding food sources.
