Hi, Definitely post it on Idealist.org.  You will likely get a million responses very quickly.  I live in NY and work in non-profit doing human rights-related work and most people in this type of field (in America at least) check Idealist constantly!!  Good luck! I checked your site and it sounds good except the prices are kind of high which may deter some good volunteers since airfare is so high as well right now. Anyway good luck and i hope you find what you are looking for!

I don't volunteer my time, and I sure am not going to volunteer to work my but off in a foreign, third world country.
