im a 17 yr old vegan and this is my typical diet im 94 pounds 5 feetbreakfast: 2 fruitsmidmorning: 1fruit(mostly dried but not always)lunch: i hate lunch so prob just nut butter sandwhich on whole grain bread or 2 whole grain pitas and hummussnack: i barley ever have a snack but if ido then raw nutsdinner: i love dinner so its alkways a whole grain and vegetables like kamut pasta and a salad or brown rice and corn etc.i dont take supplements and i dont like eating fruits with anything else but fruit for some reason...
