AmI eating terriably?

im a 17 yr old vegan and this is my typical diet im 94 pounds 5 feet

breakfast: 2 fruits

midmorning: 1fruit(mostly dried but not always)

lunch: i hate lunch so prob just nut butter sandwhich on whole grain bread or 2 whole grain pitas and hummus

snack: i barley ever have a snack but if ido then raw nuts

dinner: i love dinner so its alkways a whole grain and vegetables like kamut pasta and a salad or brown rice and corn etc.

i dont take supplements and i dont like eating fruits with anything else but fruit for some reason...

  2. hav you tried soy yogut?  Stonybrook Farms soy yogurt is really good.  I eat it daily with fruit and it tastes good.

    I think your diet is ok...you might need more protein...add some black beans or something.  I would also add some other veggies to your lunch (avocado, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, sprouts, radish...etc...there are so many veggies that can go on a sandwich)

  4. You should try to get a little more protein and b12 in your diet. Eat fortified cereals with soy, rice, almond, hemp, or even coconut milk. Cook some tofu to get more protein. Eat a veggie burger every once in a while. And a little veg@n junk food won't hurt every once either.

  5. ehh its okay, could be worse. you need more variety try throwing some of these foods in every once in a while

    for breakfast try: granola bar, soy milk, fortified cereal, oatmeal, pancakes,

    midmorning: fruit, veggies, crackers with hummus,

    lunch: maybe a medium size salad, boca burger, bagel sandwhich, pb&j

    snack:veggie or fruit, nuts, sunflower seeds

    dinner: spaghetti, lasanga, tofu, beans, rice,

    and it won't kill you to throw some junk food in there every once in a while, junk food:nutter butters, vanilla wafers, soy ice cream, fig bars(off brand kind only), flavored rice cake things,

  7. I would like to say you are going to lead a long and healthy life, but sorry to say you are not.

    Your diet, if it stays the same, will kill you.

    Eat more and eat different.

  8. It could be worse. Live a little, vegan junk food every now and then won't kill ya. ;)

  11. My doctor says everyone should take a multi vitamin supplement just in case.

  12. put more protein and some carbo.Eat more beans,lentils and peas for

    protein  intakes.take some of tofus.eat fruits .take some vitamin c from the fruits .it is a very strong anti oxidants.
