Amaerican airlines question.?

Ok so i will be flying on american airlines and i had a question, go to this site http://www.aa.com/aa/i18nForward.do?p=/travelInformation/duringFlight/onboardTechnology.jsp&anchorEvent=false

if you read the powerports part it says they use ciggarette type chargers, so if i had a car charger for my psp it would plug in to those outlets they have on flights?
