Amana bottom freezer. 2 year old Amana bottom freezer keeps icing up on back wall of freezer and

2 year old Amana bottom freezer keeps icing up on back wall of freezer and wont stay cold enough for ice cream and such but is cold enough to keep ice.... I have thoroughly defrosted and seemed to work for month or so but started icing up again and not keeping cold enough again!
