Amana refirgerator/freezer combo not working.... This morning we heard a clicking noise coming

This morning we heard a clicking noise coming from our refrigerator. By this afternoon, the freezer portion was completely thawed out and the refrigerator fan isn't blowing at all. Is it time to get a new one or is this repairable?
