Amar’e Stoudemire starts training with Hakeem Olajuwon in Houston

In order to become a better post player and have a more prominent presence in the paint, New York Knicks power forward Amar’e Stoudemire has started working out with NBA Legend Hakeem Olajuwon, who has previously guided the likes
of Dwight Howard, LeBron James and Kobe Bryant.
The training sessions have been going on for the past three days and are scheduled for nearly two weeks.
In his time at the Phoenix Suns and even in his first season at the Knicks, Stoudemire used to be the go-to man on the offense, but ever since the arrival of Carmelo Anthony, Stoudemire has been struggling to stir some magic down
low. The main aim of these workouts is for Olajuwon to help the Knicks star develop a better post game so that he can be more effective on the paint.
Chicago Bulls sign Marquis Teague

Chicago Bulls have signed Marquis Teague, their 29th selection in this year’s draft on a rookie contract. The announcement of the deal was made on Wednesday.
Teague will face stiff competition from fellow team mates likes Kirk Hinrich and Nate Robinson for playing time and is bound to be a permanent bench warmer once Derrick Rose returns from his rehabilitation. But, the former Kentucky
point guard does have a bright future as he will learn his trait from one of the best point guards presently playing in the NBA.
In the NCAA Championship run with the Kentucky Wildcats, Teague held an average of 10 points and 4.8 assists as a freshman.
Cleveland Cavaliers acquire C.J. Miles from Utah Jazz
The Cleveland Cavaliers have roped in C.J. Miles in a trade with the Utah Jazz. The 25 year old averaged 9.1 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.2 assists for the Jazz – a team he had been a part of, ever since being selected a second round
draft pick back in 2005.
Miles holds a career average of 8.4 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists and can be a key player for the Cavaliers because of his ability to play on multiple positions – something the Cleveland management liked before bringing
him over.
"C.J. is still just entering his prime at 25," Chris Grant said. "His ability to play multiple positions adds depth and flexibility to our roster."
