Amaryllis (any experience)???

Question

When my amaryllis seedlings that i germinated from seed when they start to yellow the leafs i mean should i stop watering them completely or should i reduce the watering by alot? Should i store them in a closet? How many centimetres do you think an average amaryllis bulb grows per year? Thanks!!!
