Amazon's Gold Box Deals?

I have heard of people taking advantage of Amazon’s Gold Box Deals by buying items at the discount price and then selling them on Amazon’s marketplace for more than they paid for it but less than Amazon’s price. Is this actually legal, or in violation of your account?

Amazon currently has no rules as to where you buy the items you can sell in their Marketplace.  They don't prohibit sellers from buying discounted prices from Amazon's Gold Box Deals and selling them back to the marketplace.
