Amazon cancels my order and lock my account?

who does amazon.com cancels my laptop order and lock my account and they want me to think i forgot my password? what wrong's??

I think you'd best contact them and try to clear that up with customer service.

Maybe your account was hijacked by someone when you fell for a scam email asking you to verify your password. Amazon may be protecting you from you own stupidity.
