Amazon.com Preorder question?

Im a little confused when pre ordering something from amazon.com do i have to pay the full price for example i wat the Fallout 3 Survival Edition from Amazon.com. Do i have to pay the full $130.00 or can i pay like $5.00 and pay the rest later like when it releases

You have to pay the full amount, but the charge won't hit your credit card until the item is shipped.

I always shop at Amazon, and been through this many times. If it's directly from Amazon, you pay the full amount but your credit or gift card is not billed until it has been shipped. If they don't have it in time to ship, they will give the money back and not bill you for it.
